I am a hospice nurse to a patient that air conditioner wasn't working yesterday. I called Mike around 4:30 yesterday and he not only came right away to assess the problem, but his guys worked on it today! Excellent customer service and quick turnaround for my patient that uses oxygen!

Mr. Livingston knew the issue with our unit with in minutes of being in my home. The issue happened to be the pipe was clogged. He fixed the issue quickly and was very friendly, professional, and clean! Our unit is finally cooling thanks to him. Thank you again!
